Terms you'll actually read

These terms govern your use of the Vernox platform and website. By starting a pilot or buying a plan, you agree to them. If something here surprises you, tell us — clear terms make better customers.

Plans and pilots

Silent pilots are free for 7 days and create no obligation. Paid plans bill per protected device annually, with pro-rated upgrades and downgrades at renewal. You may cancel with 30 days' notice; prepaid amounts are refunded pro-rata within the first 90 days.

Acceptable use

Use Vernox to defend systems you own or are authorized to protect. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer detection models, probe other tenants, or use the platform to attack third parties. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or others, with notice whenever safety allows.

Uptime and support

We target 99.9% platform availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Professional and Scale plans carry SLA credits: 10% for any month below 99.9%, 25% below 99.0%. Support response targets are 1 business day (Starter), 4 hours (Professional), and 1 hour with a named engineer (Scale).

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Vernox agents, console, and documentation for the duration of your plan. Website content — articles, guides, and graphics — may be shared with attribution for non-commercial purposes.

Liability

No security product stops every attack, and ours is no exception. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
